The Water

As we slipped into the pool, I dived like a dolphin. Splashing and kicking to the other side of the pool, I choked on a lung full of water. Coughing, I blinked away the burn from my stinging red eyes .

Rube Gold Berg

As we rolled the marble down the card board we were hopping that it could work but it got stuck and it didn't bust down the dominoes. My group always had to tweak our Rube Gold Berg machine and we did not have good ideas but finally we got somthing done.

What an Ambush

The important things about paragraphs is that the sentences have to have a variety of begennings. We got the sentence beginnings from Toreka's story called ''What an Ambush''

straw bridges

This amazing morning we learned and made bridges out of straw but the problem was they had to be triangular. A lot of the other bridges fell to the ground when we tested them because they were weak.My team didn't really work together because it was hard and we did not even get to finish it probably.As we were finishing of our bridges we were arguing all the way because no one was doing no work.

Straw Tower

On the first day of term 2 it was so exciting because we were going back to school. The first thing we did was look at people making towers out of straws, we always have to stick the tape to the straws and connect it until it has become BIGGER.

As we were making our tower out of the material and my friend Levi that was suppose to be helping us he was taking photos of peoples towers. we had many great ideas but the only problem was that we could not do it because all of our challenging ideas were too hard. At last the time was up and we all took our towers to the table, guess who won. It was my team.

GLEE

We were so excited when we went to assembly because glee was going to do a performance at the front of our school. After we went through the certificates and the bin it they were getting ready to do their fantastic performance. As they were on the stage it was quiet and I was about to bust out laughing because everyone was still like if they were going to take a photo.

It was so amazing as lepa raped to his music, he even wrote the rap. The first item was dedicated to the teachers and all of the helpers that helped glee. We did not even know that the second item was to the kids and the parents, I wanted to be in the GLEE group but I did'nt want to waste my lunch time for practice.

Meteor

There was a terrible meteor at 11pm. It was reported on the news that there was a meteor dashing around New Zealand, and a small town called Raglan heard a loud sonic boom. Did you know that you could see a blue and white flashing light in the cloudy sky when it was happening? Scientists say it was a size of a desk.
